Terms & Conditions

In addition to our Standard Terms & Conditions, the following terms also apply to all Lifestyle internet services:

  1. New customers will receive a Thirty (30) day complimentary trial of the Lifestyle Internet Standard Service.
  2. Your trial period will begin upon service activation.
  3. If you do not notify IP Telco to cancel the service within Two (2) business days prior to the end of your trial period, it will be assumed you will continue with the service as a paid subscription.
  4. At the end of the trial period, you will be invoiced an Installation fee of $165.00 inc GST, plus the first month of your subscription.
  5. All internet services are prepaid for the coming month and are payable via Direct Debit only.
  6. Invoices are issued on the 1st of every month via email and direct debits occur on the 15th of every month.
  7. You may "Pause" your internet service once every calendar year for up to 3 months. Please notify our accounts department via email three (3) business days prior to your 'Pause'.
  8. If a service is paused for more than 3 months and/or cancelled and requires reconnection, you will be invoiced for the reconnection fee of $165.00 inc GST plus the first month of your subscription.
